fendants set forth in the above captioned cause. The 277 acre tract was allotted to the said Anne Grimly Wood Hilldrup and said remaindermen by decree entered in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the certain chancery cause under the short style of "Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup and Irene Wood Budtley vs. Clarence Houston Wood Anderson, et al”, designated as chancery cause No. 2081, this suit further seeks authority to invest the proceeds of sales as authorized by law and to pay the income theretfrom to the complainant during her lifetime; to have the Court construe Clause (7) of the said will, and enter a decree adjudicating and settling its construction; and for general relief.
And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendants Mercury Press, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, having an address of 6606 Chillum Place, N.W., Washington, D.C., is not; a Virginia corporation, and that the unknown and unborn children and heirs of Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup; the unknown and unborn heirs of Edward Gordon Hilldrup, Jr.; the unknown and unborn heirs of James Willis Hilldrup; the unknown and unborn children and heirs of H. B. Wood, Sr.; the unknown and unborn children of Julia Quaintance Wood; and all parties unknown, if any; and all persons unborn or persons yet to be born or created, and all other parties unknown, if any, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of “Parties Unknown”, may have an interest in the lands sought to be sold in said suit.
It is ordered that they do appear within ten (10) days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in said Suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS, a newspaper published in Rappahannock County, Virginia; that a copy be posted at the front door of the Court House of Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy thereof to each of the said defendants to the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten (10) days after the entry of this order of publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
