Pot Luck Supper
A pot luck supper will be held in the Flint Hill Fire hall on Saturday, December 12, at 6 p.m. -AH • Flint Hill firemen : and members of the Auxiliary are invited to attend and bring a dish. Following the meal, there will be a short Christmas program.
Car Kills Cow
John Michael Deal of Sperryville struck and killed a cow owned by E. A. Willis on December 4. The accident occurred on Route 707 near Slate Mills. Damage to his vehicle was estimated at a thousand dollars and the cow was valued at $150. No personal injuries resulted and Trooper W. A. Butin investigated the crash.
