Marriage Announced
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph F. Atkins of Sperryville announce the marriage of their daughter, Mrs. Virgie A. Leake of Culpeper, Virginia, to John R. Eubank, Jr. of Culpeper and Sperryville. The marriage took place November 25, 1970 at four o’clock in the afternoon in Culpeper Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Horace Douty performed the ceremony. After a trip to White Sulphur Springs, W. Va. and southern Virginia, the couple will make their home in Culpeper.
Washington Club Meets With Mrs. Moffett
Mrs. W. F. Moffett, Jr. entertained the Washington Bridge Club and guests Thursday evening at her home on Gay Street. Her guests included Mrs. G. H. Davis, Jr., Mrs. E. M. Jones, Mrs. Elmo D. Flynt, Mrs. Harry Lee Smith, Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr., Mrs. L. J. Turner, Mrs. Harold Scoggin and Mrs. B. M. Miller. Prize winners were Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Jones, Mrs. H. L. Smith and Mrs. Turner.
