..Those two certain tracts or parcels of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated, lying and being on U.S. Route 522, in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and further described in the said deed of trust as containing 5.40 acres by survey of John Bold ridge on June 12, 1939.

The land herein described is the same real estate which was conveyed to James E. Gregory and Louise M. Gregory, by deed from Ruby F. Cannon dated March 1, 1970, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as Document No. 10282.

This property is being sold subject to a first trust from James E. Gregory and Louise M. Gregory to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, dated March 23, 1970, and recorded in Deed Book 97, page 104 of the Clerk’s Office aforesaid, the balance of indebtedness on which will be announced at the sale.
