Steel towers and double wooden poles are two types of electric power transmission lines for high voltage transmission. The Potomac Edison Company is presently considering such a line through Rappahannock and much dissent has arisen over the issue. A public hearing with the Rappahannock Zoning Board has been postponed and a date for same will be announced later. This scene is in Fairfax County.
