has completed a tour of duty in Vietnam. He and Mrs. Clater with their sons, Eric and Tracy left Monday for a 30-month assignment in Ethiopia, Africa. They were accompanied to Dulles Airport by Wilson Burke. Mr. and Mrs. Sonny Brown and family entertained with a dinner Sunday. Their guests included Mr. and Mrs. A1 Castaldi and children, Leslie, Pam, John, Bill and David and Mrs. Netus Brown, all of Richmond, C-M-Sgt. Lee Swindler and Mrs. Swindler and children Michael and Barbara. Mrs. Robert Mainford of Charlottesville was a recent guest of the Browns.
Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Hawkins of Winchester spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Aylor. Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Aylor of Alexandria were their overnight guests Friday. Saturday Mrs. Charles Battaglia and children Angie and Joey, who have been visiting the Aylors, accompanied !them to National Airport where they left for their home at Howard Beach, N. Y.
Mrs. Perle Coffey was a Saturday visitor of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Burke in Washington and on Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Rector and daughter Raye of Flint Hill were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Atkins at the Amissville Fire Company supper. Raye Rector spent Sunday with Mrs. Coffey and Mr. and Mrs. Rector and Mrs. Burke and son Neil joined them for supper.
Mr. and Mrs. Howard Waddell of Boston were Sunday afternoon visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Beverly Perkins.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer and son Freddie were dinner guests Saturday of Mr. and Mrs Ronald Jacobs and son Ricky in Warrenton.
