Sec. 2. The precincts for each election district and the polling jlace for each precinct shall be as set forth below: Hampton Election District - Washington - Courthouse. Wakefield Election District - Flint Hill - Fire House; Chester Gap Fire House; Jackson Election District - Amissville - Fire House. Stonewall Election District - Woodville - Woods Store. Piedmont Election District - Sperryville - VFW Hall. Sec. 3. The boundaries of the respective precincts are as set forth below: HAMPTON ELECTION DISTRICT: Washington Precinct boundary (same as district boundary). WAKEFIELD ELECTION DISTRICT: Flint Hill Precinct Boundary: (same as district boundary, SAVE !VND EXCEPT the Chester Gap boundary as hereinafter described). Chester Gap Precinct Boundary: Beginning at A on the plat ittached near the intersection of State Road No. 610 and the National Park line; thence with said Park line SE to B, a corner to aid Park; thence with line A to B extended SE to its point of ntersection with Foot of the Mountain Run at point C; thence in an ;asterly direction with the meanders of said Run under or across Route No. 660 and Highway No. 522 to the junction of said Run vith the Rappahannock River at point D, on the Fauquier County ine; thence in a NW direction up said River and said County line to ;he corner of Rappahannock, Fauquier and Warren Counties on the 31ue Ridge Mountain Crest; thence in a westerly direction with the Warren County line to A, the point of beginning. JACKSON ELECTION DISTRICT: Amissville Precinct Boundary: (same as district boundary). STONEWALL ELECTION DISTRICT: Woodville Precinct Boundary: (same as district boundary). PIEDMONT ELECTION DISTRICT: Sperryville Precinct Boundary: (same as district boundary). Sec. 4. The secretary of the electoral board shall notify by mail 10 later than fifteen days prior to the next general, special or irimary election all registered voters whose precinct and/or polling >lace has been changed by the provisions of this ordinance. Sec. 5. Should any section or provision of this ordinance be lecided to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not iffect the validity or constitutionality of any other section and irovision of this ordinance. Sec. 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its idoption and enactment by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia. Given under my hand this 18th day of May, 1971.
