Fall Arts & Crafts

Sale Scheduled

Attention Craftsmen and Artists...On the weekend of October 16-17 when the annual house tour is scheduled, there will also be an Arts and Crafts Show and Sale.

Local people who make good quality items for sale are invited to participate. There will be no fees except each craftsman must contribute 5 percent of sale proceeds to the Arts and Crafts Group.

This group has sponsored this activity as an annual event for several years. Contact Mrs. Helen M. Kilby, 987-2551, if you have craft items which you want to sell.

Mr. O. A. Norton, Superintendent of Schools for Warren and Rappahannock Counties has announced that on Thursday, September 9, 1971, all students in both Warren and Rappahannock Counties will be given an Income Survey Form to be completed. The information gathered from this unsigned form will be used in obtaining information necessary in order to qualify for Federal Funds. Parents are asked to complete the form for each child they have in school and to return the form in the envelopes accompanying the form.
