Mr. and Mrs. Joe Earnest of Greenville, Tenn. and Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Mathews of Front Royal were guests Sunday of Mrs. Virginia Lewis and Miss Ruth Menefee. Mr. Mid Mrs. Edward Clatterbuck of Arlington spent the weekend at their cottage Sycamore Island. Mrs. Della B. Howard broke her hip at her home Friday night and is a patient in the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville. Her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Jim Derderian and daughter, Joyce Aylor of Cherry Hill, N. J. arrived Saturday and Mrs. Derderian. remained to be near her mother.
Houseguests of Dr. and Mrs. Carroll Quaintance were Mrs. Quaintance’s nephew Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Stout of Richmond. Dr. Quaintance was in Boston, Mass, on business last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hahn and son, Alan have moved into the home formerly occupied by Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hawkins.
Mr. and'Mrs. Robert Nethers of Flint Hill were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Ranny Aylor. Mrs. F. D. Coffey, Jr. was a visitor in the afternoon.
