The Rev. and Mrs. A. C. Walker and family of Culpeper were dinner guests Saturday evening of Mrs. Ethel Cooksey. Thursday Mrs. Cooksey accompanied by Mrs. Elmer Jenkins visited Mrs. Annie Latham at Sunset Haven Nursing Home, Griffinsburg.
Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Green and children Melody and C.M. spent the weekend and holiday at Colonial Beach.

Guests for dinner Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Richard Graham and three sons of Bristow and afternoon callers included Mrs. Charles Funkhowser and Karl Funkhowser of Arlington and Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Hawkins of Washington, Va. Labor Day dinner guests of the Polings were Mrs. Esther Rucker and Mrs. Jim Wigglesworth of Arlington. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Tear returned home Thursday evening after spending three weeks touring in Europe. They were met at Dulles Airport by Mitchell Green. Mrs. Sarah Latham and daughter Susan were dinner guests Sunday of Miss Louise Anderson in Culpeper. In the afternoon they were all callers of Mr. and Mrs. John Peck and Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Peck at Spotsylvania.
