Rev. William M. Hargett of Washington, Va. was elected Chairman of the Rappahannock Mental Health Association for the 1971-72 year. He takes the chair vacated by Dr. R. B. Allen of Flint Hill. Other officers elected at the annual meeting Thursday of this group were Rev. Ronald Wiley of Sperryville, vice chairman; Mrs. James F. Massie of Amissville, secretary and Mrs. Frances Thornton of Sperryville, treasurer.
