“COMMUNICATIONS” is the theme of the Second Annual Family Resource Conference to be held at Virginia Tech July 18-20. The conference will be held in conjunction with the annual business meeting of the Virginia Federation of Home Demonstration Clubs (VFHDC).

The three-day conference, which is sponsored by the Tech Extension Division, will be held in the Donaldson Brown Center for Continuing Education. It is open to anyone interested in imprqving family life, and their community.

Eight workshops will be presented on consumer communications, family relations, communications with local government, fashions and fabrics communications, communications between adults and teens, communicating with home furnishings, effective leadership and communicating as individuals.
