The above described real estate is the same land conveyed to James Moore by William B. Parnell, et ux, by deed dated July 18, 1879 and recorded in Deed Book P, page 86, of the Clerk’s Office aforesaid; later incorrectly described as 44-1/2 acres in the partition of the Estate of James Moore and allotted to James B. Deatherage and Thomas A. Deatherage in Deed Book T, page 272, et seq; and thereafter acquired by Barnett Green from Thomas Amiss Deatherage, et al, by deed dated July 26, 1900 and recorded in Deed Book V, page 67.

TERMS OF SALE: Said sale is to be made for cash and immediately after the time of purchase, the successful bidder or bidders of the respective tracts shall make a deposit of 10% of the purchase price of each tract to the credit of this Court in this cause in the Farmers and Merchants National Bank of Winchester, General Receiver of this Court, and the receipt or receipts showing said deposits shall then be forthwith delivered to the Commissioners appointed herein.
