“The reservoir would have a fluctuating water level. However, the drawdown would be 10 feet or less in 8 years out of 10 on an average during the 20week primary recreation season, May through September. In extremely dry years, there willbeagreater drawdown of the lake. The maximum drawdown in some 57 years of stream flow record would have been about 25 feet during the summer season. Monthly drawdowns would normally be limited to 3 feet or less during the recreation season. This would not have a significantly adverse effect on, the potential of the 'project to provide an enjoyable recreation experience.”
