Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Howard Chapman of Charlottesville announce the marriage of their daughter, Mildred Susan Chapman, to Dieter Felix Henschel of Scottsville. He is the son of Mrs. Paul Eric Henschel of Bayreuth, Germany and the late Mr. Henschel.

The bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin James of Viewtown.

The marriage was solemnized Saturday, August 19 in Mooreland Baptist Church, North Garden, with the Rev. Edgar V. Mitchell officiating.
