BOAT OWNERS should be aware by now that all boats powered by any type of motor regardless of size must be registered before operating them. This will be effective October 1,1972. This includes electric motors.
Statewide, it appears that this has been a good year for largemouth bass fishermen. Entries in the Game Commission citation size fish program has nearly doubled over a similar period last year. The largemouth state record was broken twice.
