to the point of intersection of said centerline with the centerline of a dirt road, the point of beginning of the tract hereinafter described, thence continuing along said State Road centerline North 12 36’ East 169.4 feet, thence North 28 20’ East 50.7 feet, thence North 33 38’ East 190.5 feet, thence leaving said road centerline and running North 80 38’ West 333.42 feet to the centerline of the dirt road and above mentioned, thence along said centerline South 21 01’ East 453.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.325 acres, more or less.”

This is the same property acquired by Ellis H. Jenkins and Vinnie E. Jenkins from the United States of America by deed dated September 11, 1944, and recorded October 4, 1944, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 45, at page 254.
