This is the same property acquired by Cora Scott Norman, now deceased, from Oliver H. Scott and Ella Scott by deed dated October 31, 1950 and recorded July 9, 1951, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 56, page 375.
TERMS OF SALE: Said sale is to be made for cash and immediately after the time of purchase, the successful bidder or bidders of the respective tract shall make a deposit of 10% of the purchase price of the tract to the credit of this Court in this cause in the Farmers and Merchants National Bank of Winchester, General Receiver of this Court, and the receipt or receipts showing said deposits shall then be forthwith deliver^! to the Commissioners appointed herein.
