A farmer who is eligible to participate in any ASCS program is eligible to vote in ASC elections. This includes not only producers of legal voting age who own, rent, or sharecrop a farm, but also minors who supervise and conduct farming operations on an entire farm. Spouses of eligible voters can participate in ASCS elections if they are joint owners or joint tenants of the farm.
