The polo season opens in Rappahannock County Friday night with a game at Fannon Field at Laurel Mills at 8 p.m. Two games will be played, one with Woodlawn and the other with Reston. Newly installed lighting, all 48,000 watts, will make night play possible. William Fannon inspects the field Wednesday morning in preparation for Friday’s game.
