The Youth Choir of Willis Chapel Methodist Church were guests at a Halloween party Thursday evening hosted by Mrs. Judi Burke and her sister, Mrs. Bonnie Gore, in the Burke home. There were 13 guests.
Miss Betty Rutherford who entered Warren Memorial Hospital Friday is reported improved.
The Administrative Board of Willis Chapel met Friday night at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Burke with ten present. □
CORRECTION
Roy E. Jenkins of Sperryville was the hunter who bagged a deer with a bow and arrow. His name was misspelled in the report last week. This was Roy’s third attempt as an archer to take a deer and he was proud of his accomplishment in only three tries. □
