Mrs. Louis Pattishall will present a program on “Plan-Ahead Meals” and Mrs. Gilbert Lawrence will show slides and distribute information on Antique Bottles and Glassware.
Final plans will be made for Achievement Night which will be held November 13 at the Sperryville Fire House at 7:30. A representative of the United States Park Service will be in charge of the program. Members of all clubs in the county bring items for the auction table which is always of special interest.
Members of the Club are continuing to work on dried apple dolls under the capable instruction of Mrs. Henry B. Lillard of Rapidan and Mrs. Paul Poling of Amissville. % During the month of November, stuffed animals will be made for the Red Cross to be distributed to service hospitals.
Club members are asked to bring gift items and decorating ideas to share.
