Day camp planned

THE RAPPAHANNOCK Woman’s Club is in the final planning stages for a day camp for the children of the county. Included in the program at the Rappahannock Elementary School will be organized outdoor activities, arts and crafts, folk dancing and music. Several talented people from the county will provide a creative stimulus. This year’s activities will run from June 18 through the 22nd for ages 3 through 12. Daily activities will begin at 9 and end at noon. All the materials will be provided for by the Woman’s Club including a midmorning break. A one dollar registration fee is required to cover insurance costs.

Registration forms will be distributed at the elementary school and local stores. Interested parents should contact Mrs. Andrew Kozik at 675-3731 or Mrs. Steven Ellis at 937-4838. Any high school students interested in assisting the club should also contact Mrs. Kozik or Mrs. Ellis. □
