Charalambous, et cl., Chancery No. 2643, the undersigned as Special Commissioners of Sale will accept bids in writing, with reserve, for the purchase of a certain parcel of land, containing 25.05 acres more or less, located in the Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, leeallv described as follows:
Beginning at a point, a corner common to the lot previously conveyed to C.
