The Rappahannock Unit of the American Cancer Society organized last week in preparation for the annual April Crusade. Among those who gathered at the home of Mrs. Joseph Scherschel near Flint Hill Saturday were Mrs. Shirley Forster, Mrs. Dolly Biddle, Mrs. Elaine Wiley, Mrs. Karen Bear, accompanied by son Chad, Mrs. Elizabeth Thompsen, Mrs. Ruby Cannon, Mrs. Scherschel, Mrs. Jeanette Pendleton and Mrs. Annie Baumann. The Crusade gets underway April 8. Mrs. Scherschel is chairman of the funding project with Mrs. Baumann, cochairman. _
