Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Walker and family Philip and Mark and Diane Young, all of Culpeper were Saturday visitors of Mrs. Ethel Cooksey. Sunday Mrs. Cooksey joined by Mr. and Mrs. John Franklin Walker of New York, were dinner guests of the Walkers in honor of the birthday of Mr. Walker.

Mrs. James Smith of Chevy Chase, Md. is spending a few days with Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Latham.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Edwards of Manassas were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bradley.

Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Curtis of Flint Hill were afternoon callers Wednesday of Mrs. Fletpher Osborne.

J. R. Latham was honored with a birthday party Saturday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James F. Massie given by the Massies and Mr. and Mrs. Rapley Owings.

Mrs. Annie Cooke was a weekend visitor of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Wright in Falls Church and with them attended the Fairfax County Republican Committee Wine and Cheese fund raiser at Holiday Inn, Falls Church. Guests at the affair included David and Julie Eisenhower. Mrs. Cooke president of the local retired teacher’s Association, attended the state meet in Lynchburg March 26.
