Howard Clayton Jones of Flint Hill was involved in a single - vehicle traffic crash Sunday night on Route 211 three miles east of Washington. He lost control of his 73 Cougar and struck a guard rail. Damage was estimated at $100 to the car and $50 to the rail, according to Trooper W.A. Bun tin. □
