There was a youth center meeting Tuesday night at the elementary school. The purpose of the meeting was to adopt the Bylaws and plan Summer Youth Activities. A membership fee was set at $6.00 per year and South Wales Swimming Club will be used as a meeting place for the youth center this summer.
By-laws for the Rappahannock Recreation Association are:
1. The members are to be at least 12 years old unless otherwise specified.
2. The members must present a card at door
