A reception followed in the church social hall. Attending the guest book was Mrs. Barbara Pullen of Flint Hill while Mrs. Marie Lineweaver of Winchester grandmother of the bride groom, served the wedding cake. Mrs. Faye Laing and Mrs. Carol Laing, both of Front Royal and both aunts of the bridegroom, served at the punch bowls.
