DR. AND Mrs. Walter LeRoy Kilby, of Baltimore, Md. have announced the engagement of their daughter, Miss Janet Ophelia Kilby, to Charles Whitener Rader, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Woodrow Rader, of Mooresville, N.C.
Miss Kilby is a graduate of Bryn Mawr School and a senior at Duke University. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Charles William Sollenberger, of Woodstock, and the late Mr. Sollenberger, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter B. Kilby, of Sperry ville.
Mr. Rader is a graduate of Mooresville High School and Duke University. He is the grandson of Mr. Julius Whitner Abernethy, of Newton, N.C., and the late Mrs. Frances Schrum Abernethy, and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Franklin Rader, of Newon.
A June wedding is planned. □

Dr. Thomas A. Wilson, a school psychologist, will be the discussion leader at the Monday, May 6, meeting sponsored by the Rappahannock Elementary School Parent - Teacher association.
Teachers will be present to talk with parents about their children and problem they might be having. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.D
