Thornton River to Rediviva, the two new lanes will be constructed on the south side of the existing lartes.

For a short distance thereafter, both roadways will be new (the existing two lanes being reconstructed) and then the two new lanes will be built north of the existing roadway.

Finally, the new construction will shift back to the south side of the existing road and continue that way to the eastern - terminus of the project. This 4.2 mile segment of Route 211 is expected to cost some $3,670,000 to dual-lane. No date was given by engineers of the Highway Department when construction bids would be advertised. □
