E. CONTAINING 2.10 ACRES.” LESS AND EXCEPT O. 09 of an acre conveyed to the Virginia Department of Highways as set forth and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 93, at page 703, and in State Highway Plat Book No. 1, page 203.

The real estate herein conveyed is the same which was conveyed to John J. Lipko and Suzanne L. Lipko, husband and wife, by deed dated January 11, 1974, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 110, at page 130.
