“If investigation by a law enforcement official leads to the tentative or definite conclusion that possession, use or distribution did occur and the investigation or prosecution is to be carried further, then the individual or individuals involved are to be suspended from school for appropriate school board action.
“If an individual, while | on school property or attending school functions, exhibits physical behavior or appearance which indicates that he or she may be presently under the influence of drugs, the principal or his representative will notify appropriate law enforcement officials and request them to investigate. The individuals parents and the superintendent of schools shall be notified as quickly as possible.
