Mrs. Ann Gardner of Alexandria and Joe Aylor of Bethesda, Md. spent Wednesday night and Thursday with their grandmother, Mrs. Della B. Howard. Her dinner guests Saturday were Mrs. G. M. Black and Mrs. Virginia Lewis. Mr. and Mrs. Randolph Devers were dinner guests Thanksgiving Day of Mr. and Mrs. B. H. Pendleton, Jr.

Mrs. Perle Coffey underwent surgery Monday at the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville.

Guests for the Thanksgiving holidays of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Nethers were Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Bolyard and family of Solon, Ohio, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Bolyard and family of Keyser, W. Va. and Mr. and Mrs. John Coates and family of Brightwood.

Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Russo and sons, Vincent and Michael of Havertown, Pa. were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Deal and family. Additional dinner guests Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Don Deal and son, Michael of Culpeper and Mrs. Chester Wayland of Woodville. Monday Mrs. Deal, Mrs. Russo and Dennis Jenkins visited Mrs. Jenkins at Mt. View Nursing Home at Aroda. Mrs. Russo and Michael remained for the week visiting other relatives.

Carlton Atkins entered Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville on Monday.
