Sunday’s storm included rain, snow, sleet, hail, lightning and wind. A huge willow tree in the yard at the Milton Hitt home in Amissville was felled by winds. It crushed a child’s gym set and damaged the end of the house. Limbs were torn from trees all around the county, lightning struck in a number of places and a house near Flint Hill was damaged by fire.
