The object of this suit is to attach certain money or funds in the possession of the co-defendant, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, for the payment of a negotiable note executed by the principal defendants, John J. Lipko and Suzanne L. Lipko, payable to the Farmers and Merchants National Bank of Flint Hill, Virginia.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed according to law that the said John J. Lipko and Suzanne L. Lipko, the above named principal defendants, are not residents of this state, it is therefore ordered that the said John J. Lipko and Suzanne L. Lipko do appear within ten (10) days after due publication of this order, in the Clerk’s Office of our said Circuit Court and do what is necessary to protect their interest. And it is further ordered that this order be published once a week for four (4) success vie weeks in the Rappahannock News, published at Washington, Virginia, in the County of Rappahannock and having general circulation in Rappahannock County.
