reported

OCCUPANTS of two vehicles escaped serious injury in a collision Saturday evening on Route 211 just west of Amissville. Involved were a 1972 Chevrolet pickup operated by Charles Brady of Falls Church and a 71 Chrysler driven by Blanche Helen Taylor of Chapel Oaks, Md.

The pickup sideswiped the auto and over turned on the left of the highway as it travelled east, according to Trooper Dean Irvine. He estimated both vehicles to be totaled and said charges were pending. Brady sustained a lacerated head. He was taken to Fauquier Hospital by Amissville Rescue Squad and treated.
