There always seems to be grant money for studies and conferences and re-groupings which keep bureaucrats busy, but seldom enough for actual programs to relieve suffering, provide succor for th e needy or alleviate need.
Let us all hope that the report of the Virginia’s “blue ribbon” commission is a long awaited first step to-1 ward a reversal of the bureaucratic growth which has spread throughout the land with cancerous malevolence in recent years.
