Thrift shop
The Washington Thrift Shop operated by the Ladies Auxiliary of Washington will close December 5 and remain closed until its spring opening April 2, 1976. December 5 will be the last day of business for this year and a special feature is being arranged for that day. “Bring a shopping bag and you may have all the items you can put in it for only $2,” said an Auxiliary member. “This includes anything in the shop except a few specially priced items.”
“If you have something to sell immediately get it to the thrift shop prior to December 5. The ladies are accepting saleable articles for the spring opening and they will be picked up if you will call 675-3608. Remember when you are house cleaning to save any marketable items for the shop,” she added.
