THE Rappahannock - Rapidan Community Mental, Health anc) Mental Retardation Services (Chapter 10) Board, has named new officers. George Muth of Rappahannock County was elected chairman, and Warren Widmyer of Orange County and David Scott of Culpeper County were elected vice-chairman and treasurer, respectively. Muth replaced Dr. Robert Meyer of Fauquier County whose term on the Chapter 10 Board expired in December.
