CHAPTER 13.1. PHEASANT.
Amend Regulation R13. 1-3 to read as follows:
Immediately upon killing a pheasant, the licensee or person exempt from license requirement as prescribed in S 29-52 of the Code of Virginia, or issued a complimentary license as prescribed in S 29-80 or the holder of a permanet license issued pursuant to S 29-52 (3) shall present the carcass of bis kill to an authorized checking station or to any appropriate representative of the Commission in the county or adjoining county in which the pheasant was killed. At such time, the person shall be given an official game tag furnished by the Commission, which tag shall be securely attached to the carcass.
