Timothy Dale Metzinger, son of Col. and Mrs. D. J. Metzinger, Sperryville has been accepted by Ferrum College for the 1976 fall semester, according to Ferrum’s Director of Admissions Bill Bowen.
Ferrum College is a coeducational United Methodist related institution. The college awards AA and AS degrees through the college’s senior devision.
More than 1,300 students were enrolled in the coeducational college during the 1975-76 academic year. Ferrum’s spacious 754acre campus is located 35 miles southwest of Roanoke, Virginia and 25 miles northwest of Martinsville, Virginia in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Recently accepted students and their parents are invited to a summer orientation program, during which they will participate in a general orientation and preregistration. □
