(7; The Commission shall be informed in writing if another person is to have custody of a permittee’s raptor(s) for a period of more than thirty days.
(8) Feathers that are molted or that are taken from birds that die in captivity may be retained and exchanged by permittees for imping purposes only.
(9) It shall be lawful to hunt nonmigratory game birds and game animals with falcons from October 1 through March 31.
(10) Holders of falconry permits shall report to the Commission on January 1 of each year the number of each species of raptor held, and such birds shall be available for inspection by representatives of the Commission at all times.
CHAPTER 22. PERMITS. Regulation R22-2.1, prescribing the report and inspection of holders of permits for the taking, holding, etc., of falcons, hawks and owls for use to hunt wild game, is hereby rescinded.
Amend Regulation R22-13 to read as follows:
Any person, upon application to a game warden and the presentation of a medical doctor’s written statement that such person is permanently unable to walk or is otherwise permanently-physically disabled to the extent he or she cannot safely hunt except from a vehicle, may in the discretion of such game warden be issued a permit to shoot wild birds and wild animals from a vehicle during established open hunting seasons and in accordance with other existing laws and regulations; except that deer of either
