CHAPTER 23. FISHING GENERALLY. Amend Regulation R23-4 to read as follows:
It shall be unlawful to sell, offer for sale or buy any species of freshwater game fish or catfish, provided that this shall not apply to game fish sold pursuant to Code of Virginia S 29-114.1 or to R24-12 and R24-13 or to any catfish taken from tidewater or those artificially raised.
CHAPTER 27. MINNOWS, HELLGRAMlOTES AND CRAYFISH. Amend Regulation R27-1 (a) to permit use of miimow haul seine fourteen feet in length under the provisions set forth for taking minnows for sale.
Amend Regulation R27-2 to permit use of a minnow haul seine fourteen feet in length for taking minnows for private use as bait.
CHAPTER 29. Motorboat Numbering.
Amend R29-4 by adding to the first sentence a proviso that: on vessels so configured that a number on the hull or superstructure would not be easily visible, the number must be painted on or attached to a backing plate that is attached to the forward half of the vessel so that the number is visible from each side of the vessel.
