RUSSELL Edward Jordan of Amissville entered a guilty plea to three felony charges in Rappahannock County Circuit Court last Wednesday. Jordan, 24, was charged on July 2 with breaking and entering the E.G. Hackley home, with armed robbery and with breaking and entering Hackley’s store.
Jordan was sentenced to five years on each count, to run concurrently. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years, and was assessed the court costs.
