two counts of conspiracy in the breaking and entering Rappahannock County High School and was sentenced to five years in jail, four of which will be suspended after he serves one full year, 365 days, in jail. He was ordered to pay restitution of $911 to the school and pay the costs of court, which he has done. The offenses were committed March 30 and June 1, 1975.
Rather than serve this year in the state penitentiary, Short elected to pay $5 a day for the 365 days, a total of $1825, to Rappahannock, for his keep in the Page County jail.
