It will come' up soon for a vote in the Senate. Mr. Robinson voted in favor of the power project and against the farmers and their land. It remains to be seen what Senator Byrd will do. As I understand it, Senator Scott supports the dams and not the farms.

Editor’s note—It is disappointing that so many Virginia legislators, at all levels, seem to automatically support anything at the expense of forms and farmers. Let’s hope Senator Byrd will help redress the record on this one.
