A jury found Eugene Edward Green, also of Front Royal, guilty of robbery as charged and set his punishment at ten years confinement. Green was arrested for the robbery of Reager’s Store near Huntly on December 31, 1974.
Lawrence Turner of Huntly, charged with armed robbery of E.G. Hackley and breaking and entering the Hackley home and store, will go to trial on August 25 in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock. On August 26, Joseph Preecs will be tried on a drug charge. □
