M. Bartenstein and Associates.” The real estate herein conveyed is the same which was conveyed to John M. Atkins and Phyllis K. Atkins, husband and wife, by deed dated July 31, 1972 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 104, at page 38.
