Burkej nmning there with the eastern boundary of State Secondary Route No. 621 N 33 13 38” E 190.04’ to a curve denoted as Curve No. 42 on the aforementioned pUt, interior angle 2 01’ 29”, radius>225.00 arc length 7.95, tangent 3.98, chord 7.95, chord bearing N 34 14 23 E; thence continuing with said State Secondary Route No. 621 N 35 15 07 E 138.38’ to Curve No. 41, interior angle 24 56’ 13”, radius 395.19, arc length 172.00, tangent 87.38, chord 170.64, chord bearing N 47 43’ 14” E; thence N 60 11’ 20” E 135.69’ to Lot #43, a corner common to said Lot #43, State Secondary Route No. 621, and Lot #42 hereby conveyed thence leaving said State Secondary Route No. 621 mid running with the lines of Lot #43, S 34 30’ 04”E 693.94’ to a point in the line of Lot #43, thence continuing with the line of Lot #4d, b 22 29’ 14” W 171.69’ to a corner common to the lot hereby conveyed, Lot #43 and the lands of said Burke thence with the lands of said Burke N 70 27’ 25” W 806.31’ to the point of beginning and containing 6.9835 acres, according to a survey of said tract made by R. M. Bartenstein and Associates.” The real estate herein conveyed is the same which was conveyed to John M. Atkins and Phyllis K. Atkins, husband and wife, by deed dated July 31, 1972 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 104, at page 38.
