When the Rappahannock County High School track team said they wanted a track, the adults of Rappahannock County asked what the children had done to help themselves get a track. Well, they have made $1500 in two fund raising activities - the benefit polo game and from selling refreshments at the 4th of July celebration in Washington. The adults said if the children proved they would work for a track, the adults would help them but so far only $150 in contributions have been received.
